The reception is open on weekdays between 6.30 a.m. and 4 p.m.

The reception is normally open to members of the public wishing to redeem notes and coins that are no longer valid. Business hours are Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Please note: Premises for exchanging expired banknotes are temporarily closed. Here's how to exchange your old notes and coins.

Offices are closed on Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve and the Wednesday before Maundy Thursday.
